Hoorah! June 27th is my first husbands birthday. He is a veteren of the Korean conflict who never saw action but thinks he could have won that war. And he probably could have killed without remorse if he had been sent to the trenches. He is a history buff and is still fighting the Cival War literally. Not an ounce of warmth runs thru his veins. How appropreate that his date of birth should be picked to honor those me who fought there damnest and came home emotionally scarred. For them, warm hearted as they must have been, war was hell and most of them are still in that hell. Many thanks for posting this wonderful news. May God bless them every one.
